They are looking for a talented Business Development Director to drive their growth and establish a strong presence in the Middle East market.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Director will be crucial to our client’s expansion into Dubai, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and managing the growth of their portfolio in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in business development, particularly within the interior design, architecture, or construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the Dubai market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings to enhance market visibility.
• Work closely with the UK-based leadership team to ensure strategic alignment and business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure successful project outcomes.
• Manage the sales pipeline and oversee project acquisitions.

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or construction sectors.
• Established network and understanding of the Dubai and UAE markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver results.
• Experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Independent work ethic and excellent project management abilities.
