Job Title: Construction Manager
(Commercial Workplace Design)
Salary: 18,000AED monthly
Location: Dubai | Office based
  
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will act as a key liaison between the client, design team, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet delivery schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure smooth integration of design elements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and review progress reports, cost analysis, and other project documentation.
• Promote sustainability practices in line with green building standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial interior fit-outs.
• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building codes in the UAE.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green certifications (LEED, WELL) is highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
