The Role
This role is responsible for providing foundational human resources support and advice to stakeholders across our various business streams including Aged Care and housing, Disability and Mental Health, and Specialist Family Support Services.
This is a critical role in the team connecting across the agency with involvement in matters across the full spectrum of HR. Areas of primary focus for this role include triaging and resolving of all general HR inquires and partnering with multi-tiered management, resolution of employee relations issues and performance management, maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, and continuous improvement of Centacare policies and procedures.
