We are seeking an experienced educator to support our vibrant OSHC programme, licensed for 90 children and offering before school, after school, and vacation care.
St. Kevin’s OSHC is proud to be part of a close-knit parish and school community, home to approximately 400 students. Our dedicated team of educators builds strong, meaningful relationships with every child and family, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including:
- Program planning, delivery, and documentation
- Staff rostering and supervision
- Administration and financial management tasks (e.g. fee collection)
- Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Participate in professional and personal development
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Centacare Child Care Services
Job Requirements: - Diploma in Children Services or ACECQA Equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children.
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
