We’re hiring casual Educators (Children’s Services Employees) to support up to 140 children in before school care, after school care, and vacation care.
  
Established in 2011 and managed by Catholic Early EdCare, our service fosters a child-centered philosophy. Children enjoy diverse activities, from fine and gross motor play to group games, with access to school facilities like playgrounds and a large oval.
  
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic educators dedicated to helping primary school children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and happy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy.  

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills.
