The role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our Brisbane based learning and development team on a full-time basis.   In this role you will deliver engaging and practical training across Centacare services to support high quality care within service delivery.  You will work as part of a dynamic team to develop, deliver and review training that positively impacts community service delivery.
  
  
Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high quality training  with a particular focus on induction, mandatory training and role specific training
• Create and update training resources to meet industry and compliance standards 
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and consultation with stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure the delivery of relevant and current content
• Work collaboratively within the learning and development team to achieve organisational goals

What you need

• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Qualification in health, community services or other relevant discipline 
• A minimum of three years' industry experience within a clinical or practice setting in the health, aged, disability or community sector
• Open driver's license 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current blue card, NDIS worker screening clearance and national police check
• Evidence of right to work in Australia
