Lead the Way in Childhood Education as an OSHC Coordinator

With up to 90 children in your care, you'll have the opportunity to craft inspiring before and after school programs and exciting vacation care experiences. From arts and crafts to sports, cooking, and excursions, you'll create a varied and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and thrive. Backed by a passionate team of Educators and management, you'll lead a service that has been a valued part of the New Farm community for over 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
- Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Requirements of the Role: - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
