We have an exciting opportunity for your growth within our new Single Aged Care Assessment team. Our goal is to provide a cohesive and efficient approach to  caring for the elderly ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.
  
Centacare is looking for Administration Officers to provide adaptive support for our assessment teams. We have positions available between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast so discuss with us what works best for you. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, at the direction of the Team Leader, during the referral and assessment process.
• Liaise with relevant staff regarding acceptance and allocation of referrals.
• Assist assessment delegates with administrative tasks such as printing and sending client letters.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Support the smooth operation of the assessment process.

Role Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 years’ administration experience within a fast paced human service working environment.
• Minimum 3 months experience in aged care or aged care needs assessment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in the use of client and staff information Systems (e.g. TRACC’s, Alayacare and Aurion) highly regarded.
• Willing to obtain national Police Check.
