St Mary's OSHC provides education and care for up to 120 children. At St Mary's We believe each child is unique and learns differently, so our educators spend time getting to know each child and their family so that we can create engaging learning experiences that capture their interest and help them build new skills.
We offer a flexible, child-initiated program with educators incorporating children’s ideas, cultures and interests when planning each day’s experiences.
The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint casual Educators (Children's Services Employee's) to join the team at St Mary's OSHC based in Ipswich.

Job Requirements: - An ACECQA approved school age qualification. A range of study areas may be recognised including: behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation, and human welfare studies.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
