Since 2006, Holy Spirit Outside School Hours Care has been an integral part of the Holy Spirit Parish and school community, providing families with exceptional care and support.

We offer high-quality before and after school care, as well as exciting vacation care programs, for up to 135 students from Prep to Year 6.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic educators to join our team! Afternoon and vacation care shifts are our priority, with occasional morning shifts available. Experienced and qualified educators also have opportunities to step into the role of Responsible Person.

Our program, designed in collaboration with children and families, blends structured learning with fun, spontaneous activities. It’s a space where kids don’t just learn—they thrive, thanks to the creativity and care of our dedicated educators.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
