About Us: St Pius OSHC, Catholic Early EdCare, is a dynamic 195-place service committed to providing high-quality out-of-school hours care. We have a strong relationship with our co-located school and a dedicated OSHC space, with additional spaces within the school to enrich our programs.

The Role: As a Coordinator at St Pius OSHC, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our service and ensuring a nurturing environment for our children. You will have the support of two Assistant Coordinators and an experienced Portfolio Manager.

Hourly rate: 10.25% above award plus allowances (negotiable).

Hours: 38 hours per week, non-contact, onsite, Monday to Friday incl. split
shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
• Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and school staff.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our service.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
