At Emmaus College OSHC, we provide a safe, inviting, exciting and comfortable environment for our children. We create a sense of ownership for families and children by encouraging all to contribute their ideas to the program. Our program encourages the development of life skills by enabling children to experience, practice and explore through play.

Emmaus OSHC values the diversity and needs of all families. At Emmaus OSHC we encourage children to make their own choices with a program that is based on their needs, interests and abilities.

Emmaus OSHC is approved for 105 children for before school, after school and vacation care.  

The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint casual Educators (Children's Services Employee's) to join the team at Emmaus OSHC based in Jimboomba.

Job Requirements:

• An ACECQA approved school age qualification. A range of study areas may be recognised including: behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation, and human welfare studies.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
