About the Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a passionate casual Children’s Services Employee at Our Marymount Outside School Hours Care located in Burleigh Waters who will bring their creative flair to create a fun and engaging environment for our school aged (5-12) children who attend our service.

Hours: Casual hours, Harness work-life balance
Remuneration: as per the Children’s Services Modern Award 2010. Level 1.1 to Level 3.4 depending on qualifications and experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• You will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning.
• Can build a strong rapport with our families, educators, and community.  

Job Requirements:

• Hold a ACECQA recognised qualification preferable but not required
  Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
• A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
• Effective workplace communication skills
