Join us at our St Mary's Kindergarten as our Kindergarten Teacher and Director. we are looking for a passionate and experienced Early childhood teacher to developed meaningful programmes, create a nurturing environment and lead a team to deliver high quality education and care. 

In our 22-place kindergarten, children are immersed in a curriculum that explores different languages and cultures, fostering an appreciation for diversity and igniting a passion for new learning adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks
• Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare
