About Us: St Pius OSHC is a thriving 195-place service committed to delivering exceptional out-of-school hours care. Our strong partnership with the co-located school, along with our specially designed OSHC space, allows us to offer enriching programs and a supportive environment for our children.

The Role: As the Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our service, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere for our children. You will have 15 hours of direct contact with the children each week and 23 hours of non-contact time dedicated to program development and administrative duties.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
• Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children.

• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our service.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
