Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Coordinator in the daily operations of our service.
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive educational programs.
• Manage staff rostering and provide leadership to the team.
• Oversee administration tasks, including fee collection and financial management.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where children thrive.
• Promote our service within the community, aligning with our Vision, Mission, and Values.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA Equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Willingness to step in as the Responsible Person when needed.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations.
• Experience in child education and care.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
