Lead, Inspire and Grow at St Ann's OSHC

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences where children feel safe, supported and inspired to thrive? St Ann's Outside School Hours Care is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coordinator to lead our thriving service, supporting up to 104 children each day.

As a valued part of the St Ann's Primary School community, our service delivers high-quality Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs that foster belonging, wellbeing and fun. Together, you'll nurture a positive team culture, build strong family relationships, and continue the service's reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for children.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs
• Lead, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and experiences
• Plan and implement engaging, play-based programs aligned with children’s interests.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements of the Role:

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Child Protection training is required for this role.
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
