We are looking for an OSHC Assistant Coordinator who understands that high-quality care goes beyond supervision and programming. You will play an important role in creating a connected, inclusive community where every child feels safe, valued and supported to flourish.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine commitment to:

- Leading educators to create engaging environments that support children’s wellbeing, learning, and development.

Key Responsibilities: - Program planning, delivery, and documentation.
- Staff rostering and supervision.
- Administration and financial management tasks (e.g. fee collection)
- Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare
Job Requirements: - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
- Willing to assume the role of Responsible Person In Charge in the absence of the Coordinator
