Supporting up to 150 children across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care, our service offers a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Job Requirements:
- Cert III or Diploma qualified in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable nut not essential.
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- Previous experience in childcare or education
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children
