St William’s OSHC, Keperra is seeking passionate Casual Educators to join our vibrant service and help create meaningful experiences for school-aged children every day.
Caring for up to 195 children across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care, our service is a busy and engaging environment where children are encouraged to explore, play, build friendships, and thrive. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of an inclusive, high-quality program

- Promote the service within the community, reflecting Centacare Child Care Services’ Vision, Mission, and Values
Job Requirements: - Currently studying or completed Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA equivalent) — desirable but not essential
- Previous childcare experience — beneficial
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Passion for supporting school-aged children in a play-based learning environment
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, and relevant legislation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current First aid and CPR certificate — desirable but not essential
