We are seeking confident and capable Casual Educators who can step into our service and contribute positively to children’s learning, team culture, and daily operations.

About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the service — bringing consistency, quality, and professionalism across different rooms and age groups.
You will:

• Deliver responsive, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development and wellbeing
• Maintain a safe, well-managed, and engaging environment aligned with service standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure continuity of care and program delivery
• Use your experience to confidently adapt to different rooms, routines, and age groups
• Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience working in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Ability to confidently step into different rooms and manage routines and group dynamics
• Strong understanding of play-based learning and child development
• A reliable, adaptable educator who can contribute positively to the team
• Professional communication and a commitment to high-quality practice

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
• Availability to work across operating hours (7:00am – 6:00pm)
