Part-Time OSHC Coordinator | St Bernardine’s OSHC – Regent Park
Permanent, part-time coordinator role (27 hours per week) in before and after school care, job sharing with an experienced Coordinator. This role will involve working before, after school and vacation care including split shifts.

St Bernardine’s OSHC is a well-established service of over 20 years, located on the grounds of St Bernardine’s Catholic Primary School. We offer a newly renovated, purpose-built OSHC building, access to the school hall and oval, and a dedicated outdoor Loose Parts Playground that encourages creativity and child-led play.

As the Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and manage the OSHC program alongside an experienced Coordinator
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality, engaging, and inclusive programs
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children
- Support and supervise staff, fostering a positive team culture
- Maintain strong connections with families and the school community
- Comply with National Quality Framework, ACECQA, and all relevant legislation
What We’re Looking For: - Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current Queensland Blue Card, First Aid & CPR
- Experience in school-aged care and play-based learning programs
- Child protection training is a requirement of the role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for nurturing children’s creativity, confidence, and growth
