Pastoral Care Visitor Ipswich Hospital
A rewarding opportunity is available for a compassionate and faith led Pastoral Carer. We are seeking someone who brings genuine care for the sick or aged, experience in pastoral visitation, and either certificate‑level qualifications in Christian ministry/theology or demonstrated parish‑based formation that has deepened your understanding of the Catholic faith.
This part time position of 15 hours per week will be visiting the sick and aged at Ipswich Hospital. Applicants will be well known to their parish priest and have demonstrated commitment to the life of the Catholic parish and to the Mission of the Church.
As a member of the wider Centacare Pastoral Care Ministry teams you will be part of a community of pastoral carers, grounded in the Catholic faith, genuinely possessing a call to mission, and professional in the execution of your duties at Ipswich hospital.
Training, support and remuneration will be determined according to the needs and experience of the successful applicant.
