Quality Specialist – Assessment & Rating
Full Time | Permanent | Paddington, QLD

Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) is establishing a new Quality Team and is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist – Assessment & Rating to join us at this pivotal time. About the Role
Reporting into the Quality function, the Quality Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening service performance across CEEC. You will support services through the full Assessment & Rating (A&R) lifecycle, lead targeted quality improvement initiatives, and coach leaders to embed best practice.

This role is based at our Paddington office and involves regular travel across CEEC services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support services through all stages of the Assessment & Rating process
• Conduct readiness assessments, documentation audits, and mock A&R visits
• Analyse assessment outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement tailored quality improvement plans
• Provide coaching and mentoring to service leaders and teams
• Collaborate with Quality, Safeguarding, and Compliance teams to strengthen organisational practice

About You 
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, Education, or Community Services
• Strong working knowledge of the NQF and Assessment & Rating process
• Experience in quality, compliance, leadership, or advisory roles within the ECEC sector
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and positively influence practice
• Current Driver’s Licence, Blue Card, and required compliance clearances
