Assistant Coordinator – Camp Hill

About Our Service
This is a permanent part-time position, working 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday (split shifts).
In this role, you’ll work closely with the coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, while helping create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for children and families.

You will support the Coordinator in the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program
- Providing children with a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Participating in ongoing professional development
- Acting as the Responsible Person on site in the Coordinator’s absence
- Promoting the service within the community in line with Centacare Child Care Services values
What You’ll Need - Diploma in Children’s Services or Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Experience in OSHC or a related setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for creating positive, enriching experiences for children
