OSHC Educators – Join Our Fun, Supportive Team at St Flannan’s!
St Flannan’s Outside School Hours Care is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated educators to join our team!
We provide Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 60 primary school-aged children in a safe, engaging, and community-focused environment.
About Our Service
Since 2012, we’ve proudly supported our local community with a warm, inclusive OSHC program where children lead the way. Our experiences include:

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator
Provide nurturing, responsive care to school-aged children
Create a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels valued
Plan and deliver exciting recreational and educational experiences

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or currently studying) – desirable
Current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Passion for supporting children in a play-based, child-led environment
Understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, or EYLF, or willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
