About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a permanent full-time position. In our purpose-built centre, you’ll enjoy the support, resources, and guidance you need to flourish in your teaching career.

Your Impact

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, play-based learning experiences that nurture curiosity and development
• Build a safe, caring, and inspiring environment where every child feels seen and valued
• Maintain clear and meaningful documentation that reflects each child’s unique learning journey
• Meet all NQF and regulatory requirements and model high-quality practice
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive, passionate, and professional workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

• An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Master of Teaching (Early Childhood)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• A current Queensland Blue Card
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and the EYLF
• Willingness to act as the Responsible Person in the Director’s absence
