Job Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines – desirable but not essential
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time Our Place/Early Years Learning Framework, and National Law/Regulations
• Strong oral and written communication skills within the workplace
• Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required
