Coordinator Wanted - Join Our Team at Guardian Angels OSHC 
Location: Wynnum | Service Capacity: 141 children

Guardian Angels Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), based at Guardian Angels Primary School, Wynnum, is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead our vibrant service.

We offer a child-centred, inclusive environment where children can explore, play, and grow. Our program blends fine and gross motor activities, group games, and creative experiences, all supported by fantastic school facilities including playgrounds and a large oval.

The service is moving to a dedicated space in the new year—your chance to shape it, make it your own, and bring your vision to life.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
• Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
• Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
