About the Role:
Bring your energy and enthusiasm to Springfield Lakes OSHC! We’re searching for a passionate Educator to join our friendly team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help design and deliver exciting programs for children aged 5–12 during before school, after school, and vacation care. You’ll play a key part in building a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where kids can explore, learn, and grow through play.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework
- Supervise and engage with children to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Support children with behavioural and emotional needs in a respectful and professional manner
About you: - Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
- Willingness to take Child Protection training as required
