About the Role
As our ECT Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in empowering our Early Childhood Teachers to thrive. You’ll coach, support, and inspire ECTs to lead curriculum and pedagogy, create communities of practice, and foster a culture of excellence. This role ensures every child benefits from high-quality, innovative teaching and learning.
In this role, you’ll:

• Provide mentoring and professional coaching to ECTs across CEEC
• Build capability in curriculum leadership and reflective practice
• Facilitate communities of practice for sharing innovation and learning
• Support new ECTs as they transition into the organisation
• Partner with the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement to strengthen professional standards

About You
You’re a qualified teacher and natural mentor who’s passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders in early childhood education. You combine strong curriculum knowledge with a supportive, collaborative approach to help others grow.
You’ll bring:

• Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Experience working as an ECT with demonstrated curriculum leadership
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Ability to build communities of practice and inspire collaboration
• A commitment to innovation, reflection, and professional excellence
