About the Role
As our Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you’ll shape how Catholic Early EdCare delivers on its promise of excellence. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee quality frameworks and continuous improvement strategies that lift practice standards, support services to exceed National Quality Standards, and build organisational capability. You’ll also lead a small team, working collaboratively across CEEC to embed a culture of learning, safeguarding, and professional excellence.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality and continuous improvement strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to Continuous Improvement Officers
- Oversee Assessment & Rating processes and support services to exceed expectations
- Partner with leaders and educators to build capability and best practice
- Monitor and report on quality outcomes, ensuring initiatives are measurable and impactful
- Stay ahead of industry and legislative changes to guide strategy and compliance
- Champion safeguarding and safe practices across all CEEC services
About You You’re an experienced leader with a passion for quality and a proven ability to create systems and programs that strengthen both people and services. You combine strategic thinking with practical leadership, and thrive on building a culture where continuous improvement and professional excellence are embedded in everyday practice.
You’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in early education, adult learning, community services, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in senior leadership in early education or a related sector
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating processes
- Experience driving service quality and building organisational capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- A commitment to safeguarding children and supporting safe practices
