About the Role
As our Organisational Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping employee experience and culture at Catholic Early EdCare. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to supporting career growth and development. You’ll design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership, engagement, and organisational capability; helping our people feel connected, supported, and inspired.
In this hands-on role, you'll:
- Develop and deliver employee engagement and Voice of Employee programs
- Lead onboarding, EVP, recognition, and reward initiatives
- Coordinate and deliver employee events, leadership days, and celebrations
- Design leadership and capability-building programs to grow internal talent
- Support DEIB programs and embed inclusive practices across CEEC
- Manage key organisational development and change projects
- Analyse survey and program data to provide actionable insights
About You You're a people-focused OD professional who thrives on creating programs that truly make a difference. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and you're passionate about building workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
You'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in Organisational Development, Employee Experience, or L&D
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Organisational Psychology
- Experience designing and delivering EX and leadership programs
- Event planning and coordination experience (e.g. recognition events, leadership days)
- Strong project and change management skills
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
