We’re looking for dedicated educators who want more than just a job—they want a career!
Since 2006, Holy Spirit Outside School Hours Care has been a big part of the Holy Spirit Parish and school community, offering a fun, safe, and supportive space for kids. We provide before and after school care, plus awesome vacation care programs, for up to 135 students from Prep to Year 6. Our program mixes structured learning with plenty of play, helping kids not just learn, but thrive!
Right now, we’re especially looking for educators to cover afternoon and vacation care shifts, with some morning shifts available too. There’s also room to grow, with opportunities for the right person to step into leadership roles.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent)
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
