We are seeking an experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the smooth running of an historically listed Archdiocesan residence in Brisbane. This unique position blends household management with hospitality and event coordination, supporting important members of the Archdiocese of Brisbane and their guests.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of the Archbishop's Office, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring a comfortable home environment for 3-4 residents and welcoming a wide variety of guests. You will oversee household staff including a housekeeper, chef, and casual function staff, while coordinating contractors and maintaining the property to the highest standards. The role also includes organising private functions, managing budgets, and ensuring all hospitality services are delivered with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
