Bring Your Passion for Education to Life at Christ the King OSHC!
Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a casual Educator to join our team at Christ the King Outside School Hours Care in Deception Bay, serving up to 45 children.
You'll be working right in the heart of the school community, with access to a range of great spaces—including a dedicated OSHC room, spacious oval, library, hall, and covered outdoor areas. It’s the ideal setting for active, hands-on programs.
As part of our team, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported and inspired. You'll assist in planning and delivering engaging activities, preparing nutritious snacks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming space—all while building meaningful connections and making every day enjoyable for the children in our care.
A day in the life of an OSHC Educator

- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements: - A Diploma, Cert III in Children's Services or ACECQA equivalent qualification (or working towards) is desirable, along with a willingness to step up into an RPIC or Educational Leader role
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
