Senior Accounts Payable Officer
 
Brisbane CBD | Full Time | Hybrid Work | 
 
We're looking for a confident and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our centralised finance team. This hands-on leadership role oversees end-to-end AP processes, supervises two team members, and plays a key part in driving process improvements within a values-based organisation committed to serving the community.
 
Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP and weekly payments
• Supervise AP Officer and Finance Officer
• Resolve complex supplier and invoice issues
• Lead process improvement and automation
• Support audits and month-end close activities

About you

• Experienced in AP and team supervision
• Strong ERP systems knowledge (Great Plains desirable)
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Clear communicator with problem-solving skills
• Team-focused leader with a proactive approach
