Accounts Receivable Officer

Brisbane CBD | Full Time | Hybrid Work |

Join a purpose-driven organisation making a genuine impact across Southeast Queensland. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to manage end-to-end AR processes within our centralised finance team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, debtor management, receipting, and reporting — all within a values-led environment that supports flexibility and collaboration.
 
Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices in line with agreements
• Manage receipting, payment matching, and debtor follow-up
• Maintain AR inbox and invoice request portal
• Support audit preparation and monthly reporting

About you

• 2-5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with a proactive mindset
