St Mary's Long Day Care and Kindergarten

We are conveniently located at Assisi College, and we care for children from six weeks and offer a Queensland Government approved kindergarten program for children in the year before prep for up to 75 children.  

At St Mary’s children have the opportunity to grow and learn as part of a supportive and extended community. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and fun-loving Part-time Educator for our Toddler room.

Hours: Permanent Part-time Opportunities available (Up to 35 Hours per week)

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent, or be studying or willing to enrol in study
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
• A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
• Effective workplace communication skills
