Role - Permanent Full time (38 hrs per week)
Qualification: ACECQA approved Qualification and experience in OSCH or similar field
Pay: $36.89 - $46.18 Base rate + Super + Benefits
OSHC Coordinator – Guardian Angels, Wynnum
We’re looking for a passionate Coordinator to lead our 141-place OSHC service at Guardian Angels, Wynnum—an exciting opportunity with room to grow!

Since 2011, our service has been proudly operated by Catholic Early EdCare on behalf of Guardian Angels Parish. We offer before school, after school, and vacation care programs in a supportive and inclusive environment.
With a strong child-focused philosophy, our program encourages exploration, play, and growth through a balance of educator- and child-led activities.

Key Responsibilities - Lead daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe and smooth-running environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, educational programs tailored to children’s interests and needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive service culture.
What We're Looking For: - Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
