Our service has proudly been a part of the Loganholme Parish and St Matthew’s Catholic Primary School community for over 20 years. We offer a range of quality care programs, including before school, after school, and vacation care.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in delivering a high-quality, inclusive educational program
- Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
- Collaborate effectively within an established team to support children and families
- Participate actively in professional and personal development
- Promote the service in the local community in line with Centacare Child Care Services’ Vision, Mission, and Values
Job Requirements: - Either enrolled in or completed a Cert III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be beneficial.
- Previous childcare experience would be beneficial.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
