Opening Hours: 6.30 am - 6 pm
Position: Casual Educator
Qualification: ACECQA equivalent Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Pay rate: $37.43 - $42.15

About our Service:
  
Our Southport Catholic Parish Long Day Care and Kindergarten is a 50 place small family oriented Centre. We have expansive natural outdoor play areas which provide children with a unique learning environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
Our Kindergarten is a place where every child's curiosity is celebrated, their imaginations soar, and their love for learning grows every day. We provide a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fun recreational and educational experiences supporting children's well-being.
• Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Participate in professional development and promote the service within the community.

About You

• Warm and nurturing spirit
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Enthusiasm for play-based learning
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Valid QLD Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one
