Fixed-Term 12-Month Contract | Full-Time | Lead with heart and purpose

Are you passionate about creating a fun, safe and enriching environment for children? St Ann’s Outside School Hours Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our large, vibrant service – part of a welcoming school and community.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, perfect for an experienced leader looking to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

• Oversee daily operations of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care (up to 100 children)
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators
• Design engaging, play-based programs tailored to children’s interests
• Build trusted relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety, and quality standards
• Promote our values-led service within the local community

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Willingness to act as the Nominated Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of NQF, MTOP, and regulatory frameworks
• Previous experience leading an OSHC or similar service
• Confident using childcare software (Xplor preferred)
• Proven leadership and people development skills
