About the Role:
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you’ll step into a leadership role where your enthusiasm and expertise will shine. You’ll mentor and guide a team of committed educators, ensuring exceptional care and seamless operations.
We are seeking a motivated problem solver who thrives on challenges and brings a flexible, adaptable approach.
This role involves supporting OSHC services across locations from Bardon to Mango Hill and will involve some travel. Get ready for a varied work environment— you’ll enjoy plenty of variety in your day-to-day.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
