As a Funding Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of service contracts across disability, aged care, housing, mental health, and family support. You’ll ensure contracts are delivered in line with performance, policy, and funding expectations—partnering with internal teams and funding bodies to drive accountability, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to close-out.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and legislative frameworks.
- Supporting funding submissions, audits, tenders and variation processes.
- Monitoring program performance and financial alignment using tools such as Power BI.
- Translating complex requirements into practical actions for operational teams.
- Providing subject matter expertise to influence internal decision-making and governance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in contracts or program management in aged care, disability, or human services.
- Strong knowledge of community service funding models and policy environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder contracts and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- High-level analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills (Power BI experience highly regarded).
- Tertiary qualification in Community Services, Business, or related discipline.
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Blue Care and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card).
- Proof of right to work – Australian Birth Certificate, Passport, citizenship or Visa.
