My client is an innovative, growth-focused organisation providing property and scientific services to Property Management firms, Real Estate professionals, social and community housing providers, and Property developers across New Zealand.
They are looking for a driven leader to take the reins of their Client Services team, someone who brings energy, raises performance, and keeps operations running without a hitch.
You'll own the client experience and back your team to do their best work. If you lead from the front and get things done, this is the role for you.

The Role
Based in Christchurch, the Client Services Manager will lead a close-knit team, build strong client relationships, and keep operations running smoothly across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the Client Services team to deliver outstanding service
• Overseeing training, scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day office operations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding expectations
• Monitoring field team performance and escalating issues when needed
• Occasional travel between Christchurch, Auckland, and other NZ locations

What You'll Bring

• Previous management experience, ideally within a services business
• Strong people skills and professional communication
• Solid computer literacy and the ability to follow and execute instructions with precision
• A clean, full New Zealand driver's licence
• NZ citizenship or a valid work visa

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of Healthy Homes and Smoke Alarm regulations
• Familiarity with the Auckland and Canterbury markets
