You’ll lead the strategy and execution of a complex multi‑cloud ecosystem spanning AWS and Azure — each powering core product lines used globally. What You’ll Do

• Lead a talented DevOps team operating across AWS and Azure
• Architect and evolve the company’s automation strategy using Terraform and modern CI/CD
• Drive the adoption of agentic development pipelines and AI‑powered remediation
• Own Product & Infrastructure Security, including SAST/DAST automation and external pen testing
• Support SOC2 compliance and uplift security practices across engineering
• Manage Cloud FinOps and optimise infrastructure spend without compromising performance
• Partner with executives to communicate risk, strategy, and platform direction

What You’ll Bring

• Deep, hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure in senior or head‑level roles
• Expert‑level Terraform skills and a track record of building robust CI/CD pipelines
• Curiosity and excitement for AI‑driven automation and agentic development workflows
• Strong security mindset with experience in automated testing and pen test management
• Solid understanding of Cloud FinOps and cost‑efficient architecture
• Natural leadership ability — mentoring engineers, influencing stakeholders, and driving clarity
• A bias for action and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, innovative environment
