My client is a global market leader in the Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence Software and Services arena. Due to continuous growth across their Cloud enabled platform they are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the team in Melbourne.
As the successful Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for working with VIC Government clients, understanding their vision and strategy and providing solutions to help them on their journey.
Position responsibilities include:
Understand the client environment and pain points
Qualify client's business needs and objectives
Provide solutions to address these using software and services
Prepare and present client proposals
Build and develop a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Close sales opportunities
To be successful in this position you will have the following qualifications and experience:
Previous experience selling enterprise software solutions or services to State Government, preferably in Victoria
Good knowledge of Government sales cycle and buying process
Experience in Cloud, Data, Analytics, BI, Software or SaaS solutions or services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
