RSGx Group is seeking an experienced
Administrator & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. This is a hands-on admin coordination role supporting the workshop with admin duties and mobilisation and demobilisation of our workforce across projects throughout Australia.
About You We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
You will bring: - Previous administration, mobilisation coordination or similar experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across document management systems.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and short mobilisation timeframes.
- A flexible approach and willingness to assist where required.
Requirements - Previous administration, mobilisation or coordination experience.
- Current Driver’s Licence, White Card, or ability to obtain
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate project mobilisations and demobilisations across Australia.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation processes.
- Collate and check qualifications, licences, tickets and certificates.
- Ensure compliance with client and project training requirements.
- Book flights, accommodation, medicals and training.
- Prepare and upload mobilisation packs to client systems.
- Update mobilisation spreadsheets, systems and employee records.
- Prepare and send mobilisation and project communications.
- Participate in client bi-weekly meetings.
- Prepare and issue project documentation including work packs, reports, permits and purchase orders.
- Provide purchasing and procurement support.
- Assist with tenders, quotes and progress claims.
- Perform general administration, data entry, document control and correspondence management.
- Support other departments and business groups with ad hoc administrative requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across business systems and mobilisation processes.
- Provide support outside normal business hours when required for urgent mobilisations or demobilisations.
