With a strong pipeline of growth and innovation in renewables and remote energy solutions, we are seeking a National Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supply chain excellence across our operations.

About the Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing procurement strategy, vendor management, and supply chain performance across national operations.

Working closely with project teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, you will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement outcomes to support project delivery in remote and mining environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national procurement strategy aligned to business growth and project needs
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations to deliver value and mitigate risk
• Oversee procurement for large-scale electrical and renewables projects
• Ensure sourcing strategies support remote and regional operations, including logistics and freight challenges
• Drive cost optimisation, inventory control, and demand planning
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, processes, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to improve forecasting and supply chain efficiency
• Lead and mentor procurement staff or regional buyers (where applicable)
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks

About You
You are a commercially astute procurement professional with strong leadership capability and experience in complex project environments.
You will bring:

• Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain management role
• Background in electrical, construction, mining, or renewables industries (highly regarded)
• Experience supporting remote or FIFO-based projects
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across national operations
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of supply chain challenges specific to regional and remote Australia
• Relevant qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (preferred)
